SAFE LIPOSUCTION NOT A TECHINIQUE!! BUT A NEW PROCESS

PROCESS SEPARATION
We inject a tumescent solution on the areas to be treated and wait for 25 to 30 mints, so we cannot get more bleeding the drug will hemostat the areas. After that we separate the fat with a Becker Basket cannula and separate all the fat no suction will be done at this time only separation we spend almost 50% time for separation.

ASPIRATION
After the separation of fat we start doing aspiration of the separated fat and suck all the fat, we usually spend 25% of time to do that process.

FAT EQUALIZATION
That is the important part, after separation and aspiration we insert the cannula just to check that if there is any bumps or irregularities that will be done without suction and we feel it with the port and by hand and level all the fat everywhere. If there are any bumps or irregularities we transfer the separate fat to that area.

The advantage of safe liposuction process that you are suctioning the unwanted fat and at the same time can do fat transfer, in that manner you will not have over correction and under correction.
